2008 Registration Information:

All Participants Must Submit the following with Registration Form:
* Registration Form
* Parent / Player Code of Conduct
* Player Questionnaire (High School Players Only - Boys and Girls)
* Parent's Handbook (revised 3/31/08)

Player pictures will be taken at registration - if your player can't attend, please arrange to supply a photo.

Registration Fees:
Boys High School (Gr 9-12): $235 ($210+$25 fundraising option)
Girls High School (Gr 9-12): $135 ( $110 + $25 fundraising option)
Youth Jr & Sr (Gr 5-6,7--8): $135 ($110+$25 fundraising option)
Tiger Teams (Gr 3-4): $50

(Register at one of the two registration dates (11/28 & 12/1) for early registration discount- $25 off fee)
